Services
- Helicopter operates daily from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs which is extended upto 1830 hrs (as per the change in sunset time)
- Five or six passengers are accommodated in a flight as per the weight restrictions.M
- Flight duration one way is five minutes.
- Helipad at katra is approx. 02 kms on Kashmir road from katra bus stand & Sanjhi chhatt helipad is approx. 02 ½ kms from the Bhawan.
- Time mentioned on the ticket is reporting time, passenger will board the flight one hour after the reporting time.
- Passengers reporting beyond reporting time shall be treated as "NO SHOW" and the Airline reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers.
- No refund is permissible against lost ticket.
- In case of dispute regarding age of infant or child a valid proof of age shall be the only deciding factor.
- Operations can stop at any time without any prior notice due to bad weather or technical reasons.
